Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, cash, personal checks and traveler's checks.

We also offer a ninety-day layaway arrangement. Thirty percent down will hold your purchase, with monthly payments required. A 25% fee applies (of total purchase amount) should you decide to cancel your layaway agreement.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of art work all sales are final. However, at management's discretion, special arrangements may be made at point of sale and noted on receipt. Item may then be returned within 1 business day for "in-house" credit (excluding shipping charges and/or credit card processing fees). Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition, as determined by Gallery. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, insurance, and credit card processing fees, if applicable. Sale items, custom and special orders may not be returned.

The warranty offered by the publishing house for giclees will apply (each publisher carries its own warranty terms).

Gifts and Gift Certificates
Please come in or phone us for gift suggestions, we have a wide range of options and prices. For your convenience, we can ship your purchase world-wide. We also offer gift certificates in the dollar amount of your choice.

Shipping
We ship items insured, by UPS Ground, Overnight, Second-Day and Three-Day delivery. The charge for packing and shipping is calculated on criteria such as weight, size, fragility, price of item (for insurance), and type of shipping requested. Please request an estimate upon placing your order.

Art Consultation
It is our pleasure to assist you in making a purchase from Midnight Sun Gallery. Within our area we will bring a selection of artwork to your home or office for your consideration. Our assistance in selecting a unique piece of art, or coordinating an entire artwork collection for you is complimentary.

On Approval
When making a major purchase within our local area, our clients are encouraged to take artwork on approval. We reserve the option to require you purchase the art with a major credit card. Upon your approval, the transaction is finalized.

Special Order
Commissions and/or special orders are always welcome at Midnight Sun Gallery. Paintings, sculptures, jewelry and hand crafted items will be designed by our artists and made exclusively for you.

If you are looking for a specific piece of art (or work by a specific artist) that is not in our inventory, please contact us. We will research availability and you may special order when the piece is located for purchase. A deposit of fifty-percent is required on all commissioned work and/or special orders.

Delivery and Installation
If you are within our local area, please inquire about complimentary delivery and installation on major purchases. (If your home is on an island or beach somewhere, we will still deliver and install, but airfare, hotel, meals, drinks, and an assortment of deep sea fishing fees may be involved.)
